As per SC order state government has mandate to separate investigation department from law and order maintaining forces but the same order says that , “The separation, to start with, may be effected in towns/urban areas which have a population of ten lakhs or more, and gradually extended to smaller towns/urban areas also.” Whereas, Haryana government has done this in one go.

Dinesh Singh Rawat says,
In copy book ways this seems to be good, but all depends on implementation of this step as police reform to lessen the burden on law and order keeping police, if this will lesson the burden of police than ok ,if not than it can work reversely.
As in India, most part of CID or intelligence are openly used for political purposes rarely used to help police in investigation.

The Ramdev is under tremendous pressure from his supporters to launch his Anti Corruption move after Anna’s Move has lost the movementum as he was earlier claiming Anti Corruption Movement as His national move and has mobilized funds and people all around the nation for the cause.

The Omni-directional attacks on Anna Hazare’s anti Corruption team mates by brining their past acts had forced Ramdev to go to background during and after the Anna Hazare’s anti Corruption movement and now he after trying to wipe his surrounding and gauging the possible attacks and their directions he is all set to start his Anti Corruption move with half hearted, always keeping his taps cloase to his chest.

Limousine Journey from Luxury to Rental Vehicle

On Saturday, I was stressed with my online assignments thus decided to free myself by doing off filed net surfing and reached at limousine cars.

Where, I know more about the luxury vehicle sedan especially one with a lengthened wheelbase or driven by a chauffeur

Limousines are the most expensive form of automobile ground transportation, limousines are culturally associated with extreme wealth or power, and are commonly cited as an example of conspicuous consumption.

Further, knew that the first automobile limousine built in 1902 and the word limousine is derived from the name of the French region Limousin, because this covered compartment physically resembled the cloak hood worn by the shepherds there.
The first “stretch limousine” was created in Fort Smith, Arkansas around 1928 by a coach company named Armbruster.

These cars were primarily used to transport famous “big band” leaders, such as Glenn Miller and Benny Goodman, and their bands and equipment. These early stretch limousines were often called “big band buses”.

But now days some limousines are owned by individuals, many are owned by governments to transport senior politicians, by large companies to transport executives, or by broadcasters to transport guests.

Additional to this now middle income group section of society has also started to enjoy less wealthy; limousines are also often hired during special events (most commonly weddings and funerals.

On asking further, I also came to know that many Indian settled in USA and UK have started their rental services of limousine cars, like KR Limo offering limousines rental services in Seattle Washington DC and other cities and states of U.S.

After 2G Scam Subrata Roy Under ED Scaner for Madhu Koda, Jet Airways

New Delhi (ABC Live): Sahara Group headed by CEO Subrata Roy facing Enforcement Directorate investigation in 2G spectrum scam is also come under ED scanner for former Jharkhand CM Madhu Koda and Jet Airways' takeover of Sahara Airlines corruption cases.

The information regarding this was provided in the petition filed by ED's Assistant Director Rajeshwar Singh while seeking contempt action against Sahara group Chief Subrata Roy and two scribes for allegedly interfering with the investigation of the 2G spectrum case.

"There is yet another investigation which is popularly referred as Madhu Koda scam case in respect of which the division bench of Jharkhand High Court has issued directions, directing CBI and ED to investigate offences under Prevention of Money Laundering Act, Foreign Exchange Management Act," the petition said on Friday.

Further, Singh, in his petition, said "it may not be out of place to mention that Sahara Airlines, which is now taken over by Jet Airways and operated under the banner of Jetlite, are also facing investigations for violation under FERA (Foreign Exchange Regulation Act)".

The petition referred to the status reports filed by ED in the 2G case which stated that "S-Tel had arranged for certain funds from various groups to pay licence fee".

It alleged Sahara India Investment Corporation, now known as Sahara Prime City Ltd, had "invested Rs 14 crores in S-Tel on the same day (August 28, 2007) when S-Tel had applied for 16 telecom licences".

The petition said ED has been investigating Sahara's alleged involvement in Madhu Koda scam case where the agency suspects that "large amount of funds which are tainted money and proceeds of crime have been invested in Sahara Group companies by those accused persons with a view to projecting them as untainted money."

In another case of alleged FEMA violation, the petition said "Subrata Roy, along with others, has deposited an amount of Rs 150 crores, which has been rotated through a maze of financial transactions between accounts of Sahara Corporation and Sahara India within the same branch and bank."

Another Sahara Group company had paid Rs 9.50 crore in August 2007 to one Sky City Foundation Pvt Ltd which, in turn, invested the same amount in S-Tel just before it applied to the Department of Telecommunication for issuance of 2G licence, the petition said.

Dinesh Singh Rawat says,
Subrata Roy has taken fight with ED as he was taking in times when corruption was above all, but forget this time anti corruption move started by Anna Hazare for Jan Lokpal and should get himself ready for this time to face music.

Kanimozhi, Active Brain Behind Kalaignar TV: CBI

New Delhi (ABC Live): The Premier investigating Agency CBI on Saturday has opposed the bail plea of Kanimozhi and Kumar in Special CBI court with argument that Kanimozhi was "active brain" behind Kalaignar TV which received Rs200 crore bribe from Dynamix group.

The CBI also said that Shahid Balwa, whose company was beneficiary in the 2G scam, paid Rs200 crore to Kalaignar TV.

Controlling mind of Kalaignar TV is Sharad Kumar but the lady (Kanimozhi) "controls" everything from behind, it said.

It is to mention that Kanimozhi on Friday put all blame on former Telecom minister A Raja for Kalaignar TV which received Rs200 crore bribe from Dynamix group to secure bail for herself.

Dinesh Singh Rawat says ,
Kanimozhi wants to play pingpong game with CBI court to blame his closer corruption aide A Raja just to escape from Jail, hoping this calculated move by her after some underground give and take with congress,Raja and rest other.
If she will able to escape this way by putting blame on other than rest of all will use this , it is dangerous, Court should take this move seriously while deciding bail and her role in 2G scam.

Subrata Roy Using His Media to Save Himslef in 2G Scam Investigation

New Delhi (ABC Live): The Supreme Court on Friday issued a contempt notice to Sahara Group CEO Subrata Roy and two others for threatening and intimidates an Enforcement Directorate officer in connection with the 2G scam investigation.

It is to mention that Enforcement Directorate says that Roy's owned Sahara Group transferred Rs 150 crore to Swan Telecom the black ship telecom Company in the 2G scam and issued notice to Sahara Group to know about its role but after receiving notice Sahara media outfits asked the ED officer, Rajeshwar Singh, personal questions and threatened to do a series of media.

The apex court had on March 16 warned against any interference from any quarter in the work of CBI and ED officers.

On Friday the Court termed Sahara Media asking personal questions and threatening the ED officer, Rajeshwar Singh for doing media stories about these after he issued the notice to Roy under the Prevention of Money Laundering Act as prima facie case to the contempt of court.

Further, Sahara’s newspaper published news about Rajeshwar Singh’s personal information after this the ED on Friday approached the SC accusing Sahara Group CEO Subrata Roy of intimidating its officers investigating the scam which is will full defying of SC March 16 order which warns against any interference from any quarter in the work of CBI and ED officers.

It is to mention that even after so many notices Sahara Chief did appeared before ED for questioning till now.

Dinesh Singh Rawat Says,
This contempt notice to Sahara Group CEO Subrata Roy has shown clear-cut motive behind corporate houses to launch their media houses to use it as their arms to defend them from all three pillars of Indian democracy , i.e. Judiciary , Executive and Legislative.

The Neera Radia Tapes has already proved this nation's integrity threaten nexus among all four pillars including the press, which is considered as the fourth pillar of Indian democratic system, but now Sahara Group CEO Subrata Roy's action to use his media to threat the investigating officer,Rajeshwar Singh of enforcement directorate has gone further depicting the misuse of Fourth pillar( The Press)to defend his role in 2G scam case where ED found money transfer from Subrata Roy's Sahara Group to S-tel, the proxy telecom company used to siphon money from 2G spectrum allocation corruption done by Indian Politicians and corporate houses.

So, I of Views all four pillars including Media of Indian democracy should be come the purview of under Jan Lokpal Bill.
