US have lost the battle for 10 billion contract to supply new-generation combat planes even U.S. President Barack Obama's paid visit to India to earn jobs for American a few months ago.

In connected move on Thursday, the U.S. Ambassador to India Timothy Roemer also announced his to leave his assignment as U.S. Ambassador to India by June 2011 citing personal, professional and family reasons, but insiders say that the dealing of air deal unsuccessfully was reason to say good bye to India.

Whereas, informed through statement that ,"We are reviewing the documents received from the government of India and are respectful of the procurement process.

It is to remember that India and the United States signed a new A MoUrk for defense relationship in 2005 that also covered trade and technology transfer and collaboration to boost military ties.

Both deals were over $ 4 Billons along with Indo-US Nuclear deal which put this bilateral relation on fast track but this latest move by India is interesting to observe by geopolitics researchers, as there should be some all important message imbedded in this long lasting decision that time will decode.

As Indo- US friendship is based on give and take basis and also a marriage of conveniences, where every action is directly linked with equally forced reaction.

Congress Party Leaves CWG 2010 Villain Suresh Kalmadi Alone in Jail

New Delhi (ABC Live): The Congress Party on Monday suspended the Sacked CWG Organizing Committee Chief Suresh Kalmadi and congress MP from party after he was arrested by CBI in connection with CWG 2010 corruption cases.

It is to mention that in morning Suresh Kalmadi was called for questioning at the CBI headquarters in connection with the alleged irregularities related to the award of contract to Swiss Timekeeping and the Queens Baton Relay(QBR) causing a loss of Rs 95 crore to the exchequer.and after four hours long interrogation, the of CWG Organizing Committee chief was announced by CBI.

The agency also arrested two other OC officials Surjeet Lal, Deputy Director General (Procurement) and A S V Prasad, Joint Director General (Sports) in the same case.

Kalmadi, who came to the headquarters of the agency in New Delhi Monday morning, was arrested at 1530 hours, a senior CBI official said.

Kalmadi, an MP from Pune, and the two other officals will be in CBI custody on Monday night and they will be produced in a court on Tuesday.

The CBI registered a case under section 120B (conspiracy) read with Section 420 (cheating) IPC and other relevant sections of Prevention of Corruption Act in the case, an official said.

"The CBI has today arrested the then Chairman of OC of Commonwealth Games-2010 for conspiracy to cause favour to a private firm based in Switzerland in awarding the contract for Timing, Scoring and Result system at an inflated cost of Rs 141 crore," CBI spokesperson Dharni Mishra told reporters.

Kalmadi's arrest came weeks after his close aide and OC's Secretary General Lalit Bhanot and Director General V K Verma were arrested in the same case. CBI officials said more arrests would follow in the case.

Shortly after Kalmadi's arrest was announced, AICC general secretary Janardhan Dwivedi said the Congress has suspended Kalmadi.

"The Disciplinary Committee(of the Congress has suspended Suresh kalmadi from the membership of the party," Dwievedi said.
